very clean hotel * excellent restaurants and bars * not all staff speaks fluent english what you might expect in a 5* hotel * guest relation officers/concierge don't know their city and cannot/willnot "recommand" a special restaurant. but perhaps that's something of their culture. i would recommand this hotel firmly.
