Guest comments	This hotel is not at all a 2 star category also. A/c was not working and flush was also not working. However location is in quiet area and it is good.

Guest comments	It is good for short stay only Do not expect good service like most of Eygpt hotels They told me: we don't have reservation for you ! and ask me to wait for 30 min. to go and check with hotel manager till the found it !! Room service will forget to do some thing so you call them again to do it in your presence for TIPS ! No surprise it is usual in Egypt! The staff are busy during breakfast with westren famel to talk and more and leave you with zero service! the breakfast was not good !

Guest comments	Got a great deal through [your website], about a 1/4 of the rack rate. Good pool, though ? not heated as they claim. At night did not feel 100% safe away from the hotel. Would go back again because equivalent hotels in central Cario are 5 times greater in price.
