| Guest comments | Staff are very polite and they are very attentive in the restaurant, bar and pool area. They spoke and understood English. Room very clean and amenities replenished daily unlike some hotels don't. Very courteous around the hotel. Free wireless in the room or in the hotel designated computer access room. |

| Guest comments | Lovely hotel, but service not 5* standard. They are very willing but I don't think they sometimes understand your requests. |

| Guest comments | Angkor Palace Resort & Spa is a good hotel with a good location, situated somewhere between the airport, the town and the large temple area. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice. The swimming pool is very big and very good. We asked for a swimming board - they did not have one, but after two days they got one for us (and for other guests). There is internet in the hotel business center, and it is free for hotel guests. Good service. One negative point: we missed a towel rack for wet towels in the room. |
