| Guest comments | After reading the reviews from previous visitors to this hotel, we were prepared in the sense, that the hotel room will be small for two person. However I was really surprised that it was beyond what we had expected. Maybe it is due to the fact we got room from the new wing which obviously was recently renovated. So it was a pleasant surprise.
No problems with the space. Toilet was clean. Housekeeping services were very considerate (coz we had all our stuffs all over the place yet the beds were made w/o disturbing our items)
Hotel location was excellent, near the MTR which makes it much easier to travel to the airport as our luggages expanded. And it was near the ladies market and also the temple st market, which made last minute shopping possible!! |

| Guest comments | This BTH at Yau Ma Tei is very very good location for tourists. Just a few steps walk to MTR station and templer street. Food stall and shopping everywhere nearby.. 5 minutes walk to lady market, location is perfect with this amount of money.
But the room is tiny small, really the smallest hotel room that i ever see.
I will suggest you to book 2 single bed room rather than a twin room because 2 single bed room might a bit bigger. The bath room totally has no place for changing clothes, if you are couple going is fine. The best part of this hotel is cleaness and best location but the worse part is small and small... Strongly not suggest for honey moon and old people, just suitable for budget travellers.
I have called the hotel for double confirmed on my reservation since this was my first time book though [website], but their slow response and simple answer make my wife get mad. Their really has to upgrade the reception quality. |

| Guest comments | I was very disappointed at the size of the hotel room.
The tiles in the bathroom are old, and some stained.
The shower screen is faulty.
I had to slam the main door to shut it.
The room next to mine, has a balcony that extend to outside my windows, and hence no privacy.
Their baby was crying at 5am in the morning, and 2 men were talking outside my windows at 730am.
Fyi, my room is 5A.
My neighbours threw their bathroom towels along the corridor for housekeeping, and makes me stop using the hotel's towel totally.
I opened my door to see stacks of chairs, broken flower vases, and other junks!
This is just so unbelieving. This is the worst hotel, and a nightmare.
will not stay for even less $$$ ever! |

| Guest comments | This Hotel is good for location. 5 min walks to MTR (Yau Ma Tei) station. Surrounded by shopping area and food stalls. It is also very convenience to get a bus to Airport, Disneyland, Lantau the Big Buddha and even to Ocean Park. It is also quite clean and the service is ok because my hairdryer was spoilt and they change immediately. The only disadvantage is the rooms was very small and the receptionist was quite rude because they scolded my friend for standing and walking near the main entrance of the Hotel while waiting for us to come down. Overall it is consider value for money. |

| Guest comments | Conveniently located to Nathan Road, the airport bus stop and the metro and eateries. However, it would be hard to imagine a smaller room - suggest people seek a twin room and not a double - there may be more space!

| Guest comments | Although the room is small, but the location of the hotel is very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. Hence the accessibillity & connectivity to logistic is very convenient. It is recommended for those who plan to visit Hong Kong but not spending alot of time in the hotel. |

| Guest comments | Location of hotel is very convenient and centralise. Just a street away from temple street and hotel is just round the corner of Ya Ma Tei exit... Would recommend to those who are on shop and eat trip with tight budget but to for those who wans a luxury stay, it is not recommended. Hotel Room is extremely small and we are only able to open 1 suit case at a time. Near to 3rd day of our 5 days stay there, we are unable to lock the door of our room. Had ask the hotel staff to lock up but was delayed again and again. Luckily we managed to change our hotel room on the last nite of our stay there.
Some staff were quite helpful but it would be better if they are able to remember customer requests and demands and able to solve our problems at once. |
