| Guest comments | For the price paid, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect location for a raft of shops, places to eat and access to taxis and the monorail. The staff are sometimes a bit short with you, but having seen how rude a large number of people staying here have been to them, I'm not surprised. Good security too, with a room card needed in order to work the lift. Cheap internet access (although not wireless - which is available at a number of coffee shops within 30 seconds walk anyway) available from the 4th floor upwards. |

| Guest comments | Excellent location. Easy access even if you are driving. Car parking was a bit of hassle as it is in another building across the street. |
