Guest commentsA very convenient hotel to stay which is within a huge Mid-Valley shopping mall. Whatever you want is just a walk out of the hotel lobby..

Guest commentsGood connection to shopping mall. Surprised at the expensive wifi. Right next door to the hotel, wifi is virtually free. Hotel should offer complimentary wifi as a standard in this age of info technology, and generate revenues through wifi advertisements rather than charging hotel guests for it.

Guest commentsThe room is a bit small but the bed gives you a great night sleep and the shower massages the aching bones after a day of shopping. Overall the staff are very friendly and polite and I would stay in Cititel again.
